What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We normally delivery with Trax, TCS, Leapard Couriers.

What happens if you can't deliver to my address?

Sometimes there may be problems in delivering to the address, in that case, you are requested to contact us at WhatsApp: 0307-7773454

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

In Major cities, Trax will take 2-3 working days,
For all other 5-7 days. This also depends on current logistics situation in the country.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, Currently we are not deliver internationally.

Payment

How do I pay on MediGreen.pk?

MediGreen offers you the possibility to pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). With COD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent at your doorstep upon receipt/ airway bill of your order.

What Other Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We provide the following payment methods: EASY PAISA, SADAPAY, NAYAPAY, JAZZ CASH or pay via Raast ID.

Can I check my parcel before payment on doorstep ?

If you have ordered from Islamabad then our personal delivery boy will allow you to check the parcel before payment.
But unfortunately, if you have ordered from other cities, you can’t check before payment because to other cities we send parcels through courier service and they mostly don’t allow to open parcel before payment, because of their safety policy.
But you don’t need to worry, we provide return and replacement policy.

Order & Return

How do I place an Order on MediGreen ?

Shopping on MediGreen is very easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

- Open MediGreen.pk on your mobile or desktop browser
- Put the item title on "Search Bar".
- Click on the image of your desired item & Click on "Buy Now".
- Click on "View Cart" (change quantity if required) & click on "Checkout Button".
- Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City/Email Address).
- Confirm the order details and Click on "Place Order".
- Your Order number will appear on your screen.

Congratulations! your order has been placed and you’ll get your receipt on Email.

Can I call MediGreen to place an Order ?

Yes definitely! Just call us +92-307-777-3454 and a Customer Service rep will help you out.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart ?

Step 1 – Go to your “Cart”.
Step 2 – You can remove the item from your cart by clicking “X” button

Does MediGreen have a mobile app ?

Not at the moment, but Insha Allah we will be launching our mobile app very soon.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order Once it has been placed?

Before your orders have been dispatched from our end, we allow you to make changes to your order. Just get in touch with us through WhatsApp at 0307-777-3454 and our representative shall be more than happy to assist you.

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.

To change your order, you will have to cancel your current order before shipment and make a new order of your choice.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place your order with us without having an account. But if you make an account with us, it will allow you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You will also receive benefits such as order tracking, regular updates about offers and discount codes.

Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will be able to track your order instantly by entering the provided tracking number via e-mail or mobile number.

How Can I Return a Product/Item?

Please check out our return policy for how to return an item.

How do I know my order has been placed?

An email with your order number will be sent to you once you place your order. You may also receive a call from our side for order confirmation.

If My received package missing an item in my order, what do I do?

We may have sent your items in separate parcels, so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

How can I login/register to the website?

Go to our My Account page to login / register to the website.

I am not getting any reply from Your Company

Sometimes, emails goes to SPAM, so also check your SPAM(JUNK) mails. If you haven’t receive any email from us email us at contact [at] medigreen [dot] pk.

Forgot my password, How can I retrieve?

Not a problem. You can click on Forgot password on the login page, enter your email address and you will receive a temporary link to reset your password.
